So, you're ready to sell your home?

This is a general overview of a home purchase. Every home purchase is unique to the property, buyers and sellers involved. Once under contract, the typical closing process takes 30 days. There are several negotiable lengths of time in a real estate contract that impact the overall length.

Here are the steps

At this meeting I’ll bring properties that are similar to yours and have sold recently. We’ll discuss how to accentuate the strengths of your home and any weaknesses that might need to be addressed. Once we’ve decided on our plan of action we’ll discuss list price ranges.

Now that we have our action plan and pricing we’ll get to work. At this point you begin checking items off our make ready list which is made easier through my list of recommended contractors and tradesmen.

We can begin marketing the home with a coming soon status to generate pre market buzz while completing our final make ready items. Once the home is ready we’ll fully list the property and begin showing. We’ll discuss open house and pricing strategies at this point.

Together we’ll discuss the strength and weaknesses of each offer and determine the best way to negotiate.
