As a second generation realtor, I grew up surrounded by Realtors, Real estate Investors, home construction and renovation. I started working in the construction and real estate industry in 1996 while attending the University of Missouri. In 2000, I began working construction full time, building new homes for investors as well as custom homes for individual clients.
I purchased my first investment property in 2003 and I’ve continued to acquire single and multi-family residential and commercial real estate into my portfolio while personally managing my own and investor owned properties. This first hand experience has led me to know the real estate industry from all sides.
